Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy which means that you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. In order to be eligible for a return you have to have the receipt.

To start a return, you must contact us at info@herstoriesapothecary.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll get in touch with you and send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent
back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note that all returned products must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused.


Damages and Issues

Kindly check your order as soon as it arrives and reach out to us right away if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to review the issue promptly and resolve it for you.
Please note that because our products are handmade in small batches, slight variations in colour, size, or shape may occur. However, if you experience any concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original product. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

You are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 3 days, for any reason and without explanation. Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt is also required.


Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@herstoriesapothecary.com
